Our Privacy policy is short simple and straight forward.

Any information we collect stays with us on a secure database, is not shared, rented or sold to any other business or service.
We do own and run a number of sites under the "KTVSiteworks umbrella and all of the sites' security and privacy policies are identical. What information do we collect?

 1. Free Membership - We collect basic identifying information, First name and verifiable email address.
      Why? -  a)  For statistical purposes we count the membership. You sign up You are a member.
                    b)   As a member you are entitled to receive periodical e-mails from us to let you kn ow new interesting suff going on.
2. Premium Membership - We ask you for additional information like last name, age,gender and zip/postal code and we may track your ISP address. Additional information may be requested on a volunteer basis.
       Why?   a)  For statistical purposes, we are interested in the demographics of our members.
                    b)  For the very few members who misbehave, we wish the opportunity to locate and seek remedies!
3.  Purchase information. If you buy anything through our site(s) you will always go through a recognizable third party payment agency on their secure sites and we do not get to see, or keep any information necessary to complete your purchase.

To reiterate, we do not give away, sell or rent your contact information to anyone without your express consent. As part of the membership you agree to receive from us periodic emails to keep you abreast of activites and changes on the site(s). We are committed to maintain these below the level of annoyance. As always you may opt out of future emails, but remember being on the email list, is a membership condition and  by opting out of emails, you are giving up your membership [No refunds].
